Despite the last-minute attempt by the weather to make us believe it’s still summer, temperatures are beginning to drop, mini-heatwaves notwithstanding. It’s beginning to become autumnal. The cherry tree is turning all sorts of shades of orange and red.
And the hares, when they can be seen, are in the fields. Probably. Actually, I think the meadow might be a bit summery, with all its flowers.

The background paper came from a pad I got ages and ages ago, probably from The Works or somewhere similar. The hare, which I embossed in copper, and the sentiment come from a stamp-set called Wild and Free, a Creative Stamping freebie, although I can’t at present find which issue it was.
But it was a quick and simple sort of card, even with the faffing with embossing powder and fussy-cutting the hare.
