TWIC: Gnome Gift-Tags

In the ordinary way of things, I should have been cross-stitching this week, either the latest freebie or a bit more of my map.

I’ve done neither, because of all the rush to make sure Christmas parcels are despatched in plenty of time to get to their various destinations. Instead, I’ve been making gift-tags with a gnome stamp-set I got a while ago. It looked cute, so I got it with no real inspiration in mind.

But they’ve come into their own for gift-tags. They fit perfectly on a quarter of an A6 piece of card, which is just the right size, too, and four can be made in a matter of minutes. Even the colouring didn’t take long.

And I used a mini snowflake punch to attach them to their parcels. I’ve kept the snowflakes, though I’m not sure yet what I’ll do with them. But waste not, want not. I’m sure I’ll think of something. A snowy scene, probably.
