For some reason, the crafter’s curse most likely, I have a collection of washi tapes. I like the patterns and the colours and the idea of them, but usually only use them for a pretty seal across the back of an envelope.
Actually, normally I do nothing much at all with them, because they’re normally hidden away in a drawer somewhere.
But with the reorganising of my crafting space, and the planning of where everything now will live, all my washi tapes saw the light of day again. It seems silly to have supplies I don’t use, so I’ve been experimenting a bit with them.
I like the effect of them as a panel, or perhaps as a background. As a panel, they make a very quick and simple sort of card, although getting them to line up properly does take a bit of concentration.
