I’ve been playing with stencils this week. This month’s Simply Cards & Papercraft (issue 204) came with a stencil and stamp set, you see.
I had to wait a few days for my blending tools to arrive – I haven’t done any ink blending before, and this is my first stencil, so I didn’t have any. That being so, I wasn’t sure which sort would be best, so I got two sorts, to decide which I prefer. I’m still not sure which I like best.
It’s a bit like learning to colour in – I have to be careful I don’t ink the nearby stencils as well. And as you can see from the jar of flowers, I need to work on blending the ink better.
